1. Booking Deposit

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all online bookings and will be applied to your service total.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit as a credit valid for 60 days.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter service, with the full cost still applying.

4. Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for completed services are only provided in cases of issues directly related to service quality.
